EXERCISE OF USERS’ RIGHTS
If you request the erasure, or object to the processing of data necessary to the performance of our services and/or specified as mandatory, you will no longer be able to use the Website, as it requires the processing of these data in order to operate.

No payment will be required for the exercise of your rights except in case of manifestly unfounded or excessive demand. In this case, Legrand further reserves the right to not respond to your request.

Within the limits of their respective responsibilities, only authorised persons from company Legrand France, established in France, have access to your personal data in order to:

- Alert you if a counterfeit product is detected during your search for a copy number to be tracked in your user account.
The service provider Advanced Track & Trace, located in France, acts as a subcontractor of your data, and is responsible for managing the content of the Website and for website maintenance.
We inform you that the aforementioned service providers and sub-contractors are bound by an obligation of confidentiality and may only use your data in compliance with our contractual provisions and the applicable legislation.
